Returns, Refunds, & Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If the product you purchased is defective upon arrival, please contact us with detailed photographs within 72 hours of the package arriving. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Custom items cannot be returned.

Repairs

If the item has been appropriately documented within 72 hours of arrival then any and all defects upon arrival will be repaired. However, this does not extend to damage due to water, pets or misuse.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled. However, if there are extenuating circumstances please send me a detailed email with the order number in the subject line. If the item has not shipped yet, I may be able to work with you. If the item is shipped, then orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. 

Lost Packages

Please allow up to 3 weeks for packages to arrive from USPS before emailing about lost packages. I will contact USPS directly and once it has been confirmed by them that a package is indeed lost, I will either recreate the product or refund the buyer. 

International Shipping

I do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact me directly if there is a need to ship internationally and we can work something out.
